Each capsule is 500 mg. Most people need 1-3 capsules, for desired effects. It is not recommended that you use this product for a high dose amanita journey. Most users use amanita intuitively, and find that they do not need it every night to benefit from its effects, or they may experience reverse tolerance with frequent use. That being said, 30 capsules is intended to be a 30 supply or longer.
